Congratulations Argonaut Students! Our CAASPP test scores increased in both English and Math for the 2018/19 school year!!!  That means…..next week, May 28th, 29th and 30th our teachers that took part in the challenge will be paying you back for your collective efforts. Our staff is looking forward to completing our part of the challenge. Great Job Argonaut CAASPP testers!

JUNIORS:  Applications for reserved senior parking spots are now available in the attendance office. If you would like to reserve a spot for your senior year the cost is $45.00. You must return the payment along with the parking spot contract to Kim by May 31st.

STUDENTS/TEACHERS:  There is a blood drive on Wednesday, May 29 during school hours. Students and teachers are welcome to donate blood. You must be 16 years or older and have filled out a consent form from Hunkin’s room 4. If you are interested in helping to save a life pick up a consent form, turn it in and sign up for an appointment on the 29. Sign-ups and forms are due on the 28th. Help be someone’s hero and donate blood!

ACTIVITIES:  All Powder Puff Athletes! The date to turn in your medical forms and $10 is Wednesday, 5/22.

SPORTS: Girls basketball meeting at lunch on Wednesday, 5/22 in Hunkin’s room #4.

TAXES:  Many students will be getting jobs over vacation (or have them now) to save money for college or other expenses.  How do you know if you need to pay taxes or if you pay taxes on your tips?  The IRS can help you at: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/students.

YEARBOOKS:  The yearbooks are here and they look amazing! YES they are still for sale so bring $75 to Tallia’s room.  If you aren’t sure you bought one yet, stop by room 10 and ask.  Staff: contact Tallia if you’d like to reserve one.  Yearbooks will be handed out on Friday with an extended lunch.
