Students will be offered FREE breakfast and lunch meals for the 2022-2023 school years!
Assembly Bill (AB) 130, the 2021−22 budget trailer bill for K-12 education, established the California Universal Meals Program. Under this program, beginning in the school year 2022−23, county offices of education, public school districts, and charter schools serving students in grades K-12 are required to provide two free meals (breakfast and lunch) during each school day to students requesting a meal, regardless of students’ free or reduced-price meal (FRPM) eligibility, and regardless of whether or not the school is participating in the federal National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or School Breakfast Program (SBP).
Each meal comes with a choice of 1% white milk or nonfat chocolate milk. Ala carte or second milk is $.50 and students must have money in hand or on account to purchase. Charging single milk is not permitted.
We are excited to announce ala carte sales will return in September! Students must have cash in hand or funds in their meal account to purchase ala carte snack items. Charging ala carte items is not permitted.
Deposits to student meal accounts can be made directly at the cafeteria with cash or check. Online payments can be made at MySchoolBucks.com.
