E-Sports! This is your last week of Practice before we start Competitions. Make sure you show up Today, Wed and Thursday, we will be setting up teams for next week.

Did you buy a SUPER MUSTANG ASB CARD? The printer is fixed and up and running to get your card- see Kim in the office to get your card!!!! If you still want to buy a SUPER MUSTANG ASB CARD to get into home sporting events at no charge and a discount on dance tickets, it’s not too late- see Kim with $40 to get yours!

For ALL students that need more information about the FAFSA and how to pay for training or college after high school – check your Student/Parent email for the  Parent Square email that came out this week with the link. Check with Ms Putnam or Ms Yonan with any questions.  It will take place TOMORROW  online on September 29th at 6 – 8PM.

Reminder to all students that the end of the 1st quarter is coming up in three weeks. Students who do not have above a 2.0 GPA and/or have 2 or more Fs at the end of the quarter will not be eligible academically to continue their fall sports and you will also not be eligible for Winter sports. Please check your Aeries regularly and reach out to your teachers now instead of waiting until the week before grades come out to get help.

The PSAT Test will only be offered to 9th – 11th grade students with limited space available. The Preliminary SAT, also known as the PSAT/NMSQT® (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test), is a practice version of the SAT exam. You can only take the PSAT once per year. If you earn a high score on the PSAT your junior year, you could qualify to receive a National Merit Scholarship. The PSAT is 2 hours and 45 minutes long and tests your skills in reading, writing, and math. Unlike the SAT, the highest score possible on the PSAT is 1520.
*Please Note: Although the SAT’s are suspended for this year’s graduating class, it could likely be a college admissions requirement in the future.
Cost: $25 cash or check made payable to: Argonaut High School. Drop off payment to Laura at Argonaut High’s Counseling Office when you register.

SENIOR PAYMENT PLAN – This payment plan allows you 7 months to pay off any or all of the following- Senior Trip, CAP/GOWN/TASSEL, Senior Shirt, Senior Sweatshirt, and yearbook!!! The Payment Plan Form is available on the counter in the attendance office. If you have any questions, see Kim in the office.

The Argonaut High School Counseling Department is looking to create our very own logo and we need your help!!! Knowing that we have so many talented students among us, we are asking for you to create a logo that you believe encompasses Argonaut High School’s Counseling Department. One winner will be chosen and will receive a $50 gift card to Starbucks.  Please submit your logo design to Mrs. Bellotti by Friday, October 8th.  The winner will be announced on Wednesday, October 20th.
