Come join the Voices of the Youth Committee!  Be the voice of community change to help us prevent and reduce alcohol and marijuana use for teens in Amador County.  We are meeting today in  Mrs. Davidson’s in room 31 during lunch  today . • Voting is open for your 25/26 homecoming court! Check your class google classroom for the poll. You will choose 4 candidates for homecoming queen and 4 candidates for homecoming king! Voting will close Thursday at 8 am.

 

• Amador College Connect will be visiting this Thursday during Lunch to present their Programs and Scholarships for their Online classes through Coastline, Columbia, and Foothill Colleges! You may bring your lunch and your questions to ask them if you are interested in Online College classes through them like Early Childhood Educations, or even Computer Science. They will be back next Thursday too! This is Local!!  They will help with your application and even Financial Aid if you choose them!  See Ms. Putnam with any questions!

 

• Argonaut Boys interested in Soccer.  JV and Varsity Soccer signups are happening now in the front office. Please stop by and sign up by Friday, September 18th. 

 

• There will be an Interact Club meeting at lunch on Thursday, September 18th in Mrs. Floyd's room. Hope to see you all there!

 

• The Wellness Center will be hosting DIY Sugar Scrubs on Friday, September 19th, in the quad. All students are welcome to join. Bring a friend.

 

• Attention Juniors: The PSAT will be held at Argonaut High School on Thursday, October 23rd at 8AM in the Library. If you are interested in taking the digital Preliminary SAT test, please sign up with Laura in the Counseling Department by Monday, October 20th. The test fee is $25 and space is limited so register ASAP!

 

• September 25th we will have a picture retake/make-up day. If you want to do a retake and you ordered pictures, you will need to return the package on the retake day. If you missed picture day or weren't enrolled on that day you will need to get your picture taken.
