• Are you interested in a career in Law Enforcement or Fire Science? We have an opportunity for you. The Jackson Police and Fire Explorer Program is looking for students 14 - 21 years old with at least a 2.0  GPA to join them. You will gain hands-on practical career experience, improve self-confidence, gain leadership experience, participate in community service opportunities, and go on ride a longs. Pick up an application from the counter in the office if you are interested.   
• Community Service Hours Opportunity: SAFT, Supporting Amador Families Together, is hosting a children's clothing swap in conjunction with First 5 Amador. If you need service hours, we would love your assistance in setting up for the swap and sorting clean, used clothing by size. 975 Broadway, in Jackson, on Friday, September 26th, from 3-7 pm. • Attention Juniors: The PSAT will be held at Argonaut High School on Thursday, October 23rd, at 8 AM in the Library. If you are interested in taking the digital Preliminary SAT test, please sign up with Laura in the Counseling Department by Monday, October 20th. The test fee is $25, and space is limited, so register ASAP!
• September 25th, we will have a picture retake/make-up day. If you want to do a retake and you ordered pictures, you will need to return the package on the retake day. If you missed picture day or weren't enrolled on that day, you will need to get your picture taken. 
• Amador College Connect will have peer math tutoring at their learning center located at 1 Prosperity Court in Sutter Creek on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm starting September 24th.
