- Winter Formal Dance tickets are on sale now through the 23rd. $20 with an ASB card and $25 without. Guest forms can be picked up from Danielle in the office and are due Monday the 19th. The dance will be on January 24th.
- The next cemetery clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, January 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you need that community service, please sign up with Mr. Fenton ASAP.
- Freshmen and Sophomores! Remember to vote for your winter homecoming court in your class Google Classroom by this Thursday.
- Seniors! Don't forget to cast your votes for senior superlatives by January 30! A link can be found in the Class of 2026 Google Classroom. Get your votes in before it's too late!
- Seniors seeking volunteer hours: The Amador Senior Center is hosting a one-day cleaning and organizing event on February 16th (President’s Day) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and they need your help. They have projects for all abilities. Please call (209) 223-0442 for more information. Lunch will be provided.
- Gough is now accepting CSF applications for the Fall semester. Please turn in your applications and $3 dues to Mr. Gough by Friday, January 23rd.
- The A&A Shooter Target Team sign-ups will be held on Thursday, January 29th, in the back room at Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Martell from 5 to 9 pm for all new and returning A&A shooters. The A&A Shooters, Amador County’s Youth Clay target team, is open to all boys and girls from 6th to 12th grades. Certified Shotgun Coaches emphasize gun safety and skill development in clay target shooting. No prior shooting experience is required to participate. Good sportsmanship, individual responsibility, self-discipline, positive academic progress, and personal commitment are required. - Get your See’s candy just in time for Valentine’s Day by scanning the QR code below or on the flyers around campus. All purchases support Argonaut Leadership. This fundraiser will go on until January 31.
- The Jackson Lions Club Student Speakers Contest is on February 12, 2026 at 6:30 pm. Do a 5-10 minute speech for cash prizes and scholarships! The topic is Youth Mental Health: Overcoming Barriers to Wellbeing. Prize amounts increase with each round, totaling $21,000 in scholarships for the Grand Prize winner. - The sophomore class is selling shirts this week for $10.
