- There will be an extended lunch today to celebrate the conclusion of testing week! There will be music, yard games, and food trucks, so don't forget to bring your money!
- Mr. DeWalt still has a girl's backpack and purse in his office that was recovered from the vehicle thefts that happened earlier this year. If you think it might belong to you, please see him.

If you’re interested in taking on a leadership role, representing our chapter, and making a positive impact on the program, this is a great opportunity for you.Chapter Officers help lead activities, support members, and serve as role models for our FFA program. If you’re ready to step up and grow as a leader, be sure to apply. Stop by and see an ag advisor to pick up your application. All applications are due by April 14th at 3:30 PM to an ag advisor—don’t miss out!
- Class Officer Applications Are Now Open! Have you ever wanted to make a real impact on your school, plan fun events, and represent your class? Now’s your chance! ANYONE can run for a class officer position! No prior experience needed, just motivation and school spirit. Being a class officer is a great way to build leadership skills, boost your resume, meet new people, and have a direct say in class events, fundraisers, and activities. Plus, you’ll get to help create some of the most memorable moments of the school year! Applications are available in Mrs. Wenske's room (9) and are due Friday, April 10th. Remember, you must submit an application to be on the election ballot. Elections will take place the following week for all classes. Stop by if you have any questions.
- CONGRATULATIONS ARGONAUT! Tuesday night's Rotary Club Speech Contest at Amador Theater was a success! Anika Jones, Bud Flint, and Colton Scobee all won the top 3 spots. Anika was #1 ($300), Bud was #2 ($200), and Colton was #3 ($100). There were 9 speakers total, and I was proud to be there watching them do an amazing job! PLUS Bud Flint is now going to Tracy to do the 3rd level of the Jackson Lions Club Speech contest. Aside from being an amazing cross-country runner, Bud can speak with the best of them! Great job, everyone!
- Prom is on April 11th at Castle Oaks. Make sure to buy your tickets at lunch.
- Prom court nominations end today. Get your vote in.
- ASB is holding powderpuff sign-ups for football players, cheerleaders, and coaches! Sign-ups are happening in the quad at lunch until April 1st, and the team draft will occur the following week. Don't forget to bring your $5 dues! You must sign up with ASB even if you have already filled out the form in your Google Classroom. Any questions, email Mrs. Wenske. See you there!
- Seniors! Reminder that your Photos for the Senior Video are due by Friday. A current senior pic, a baby pic, and a pic with your friend group or best friend. Submit them to Amelia Wilder at amelia.wilder@acusd.org. Get them in!
