• There is a girl’s basketball meeting in room 12 at 2:30 pm today.
• Community Service Hours: Ms. Putnam is looking for fifteen Juniors who want to earn 5-6 community service hours by helping run and set up the Local Scholarship Program on Tuesday, May 12th. Make signs, Take Pictures, set up, & cleanup. You are needed! Show others what leadership looks like and attend an organizational meeting at Putnam's Career Center during lunch today. 
• Save the date! May 7th is the Argonaut Showcase. Families will have an opportunity to see all the departments at Argonaut by going around to the designated tables and classrooms, and will get to explore academics, clubs, boosters, and athletics. Argonaut culinary will be cooking and serving dinner at 5:30 pm. You can pre-pay for the dinner for $20 or pay at the event for $25. Scan the QR code on the flyers around campus for more information and food options. In addition, the VAPA Art Expo will be in the MPR from 5:30 to 7 pm. 
• Volleyball will have open gym on Mondays/Wednesdays from 4 pm to 5:30 pm for the Month of May. 
• Community Service Hours:  Anyone interested in earning Community Service hours by helping at the Kid’s Corner at the Ione Homecoming on May 9th in Howard Park. Want to play games? Call Amador Heart of Gold at (209) 217-7146 right away to tell them you want to help!
• The ASVAB military & career test is going to be on May 14th, 9 AM to Noon, and will be given in the LIBRARY that day. See Ms. Putnam to SIGN up or with any questions. You will bring your Chromebook ALL CHARGED UP that day.
• Get ready for an unforgettable night! The ACUSD Band Spring Concert is happening on May 20th at 6:00 pm in the Amador High School gym. Join us as talented musicians from Ione, Jackson Junior, Argonaut, and Amador High School take the stage for an electrifying evening of music. Bring your friends and family, admission is free!
