• Mrs. Davidson would like to thank every student and staff member who contributed to our incredible VAPA art show last Thursday evening. We had almost 400 pieces of art represented in the show. The Studio Art III students went above and beyond on their second-semester capstone project. We had a variety of students who took on the role of a professional on this project. A special thank you to the Culinary department for donating the amazing treats for the show. It was an essential touch that helped make the show a success. Please come by room 31 this week to pick up the art you had in the show.  
• Seniors, check your class of 2026 Google Classroom. There is a senior survey that must be completed before you receive your cap and gown. You also need to sign and turn in the senior contract to receive your cap and gown. 
• The last FFA meeting of the year is today. Candidates running for chapter office will give speeches, and students will get to vote on next year's officer team. Be there! 
• If you want to take the ASVAB on Thursday, 5/14, at 9 AM to Noon in the LIBRARY, you must hand in the filled-out ticket and give it to Ms. Putnam by Wednesday morning. If you do not, you cannot take the test. Students tend to get better grades on this test since one section is left out. See Ms. Putnam with any questions.
• Get ready for an unforgettable night! The ACUSD Band Spring Concert is happening on May 20th at 6:00 pm in the Amador High School gym. Join us as talented musicians from Ione, Jackson Junior, Argonaut, and Amador High School take the stage for an electrifying evening of music. Bring your friends and family, admission is free!
