A Day - Early Release

 

 

• There is a Latin X Meeting today at lunch in Floyd’s room.

 

• Hey Seniors! Don’t forget we have a MANDATORY Senior Class Meeting TODAY at lunch in the gym! We’ll be talking about three BIG things:

• Senior Trip 
• Senior Apparel                                                                                        
• Senior Payment Plan

 

• The last day to make a schedule change is this Friday. 

 

• On Thursday, August 20th there will be an FCCLA meeting during lunch in the culinary room. 

 

• The Argonaut athletic department is looking for one more student who would like to join this year's football chain gang. Perks include being close to the sideline action and being fed. If you are interested see Mr. Fenton in room #23.

  

• Juniors and Seniors: If you would like to take the SATs during the school day on October 8th at 8:30 am at the District Office, please sign up with Laura in the office by September 11th.  The cost is $60. You can pay with cash or a check made out to ACUSD.

 

• Are you interested in playing water polo?  Argonaut is hoping to start a boys and girls team this fall.  If you are interested, please e-mail the Athletic Director @ jgilliam@acusd.org.  

 

• SENIORS:  There is a local scholarship for this year that Seniors who plan on going to a Four Year College can apply for NOW at the link:  https://www.elks.org/scholars/scholarships/mvs.cfmLink: https://www.elks.org/scholars/scholarships/mvs.cfm. Please see Ms. Putnam in the Career Center located in the library with any questions!!

 

• Seniors: Senior parking spot applications are still being accepted until August 28th. You can pick one up from Danielle in the office.
