• If you are a student looking for volunteer hours, Mother Lode Land Trust needs some help at our Fall Festival on Saturday, October 17th. They are looking for parking attendants, a clean-up crew, help with kids' games, garden tour guides, and general help. They have 2 shifts: 11-2 and 2-5. • Plymouth Elementary is looking for high school student volunteers to help with our Día de los Muertos celebration on October 23rd from 5:30–7:30 PM. This would be a great opportunity for seniors who need community service hours. If students are interested, they can reach out to Erika at 209-257-9396.
• If you have formal wear from homecoming or any previous dances, Key Club is taking donations. Everything collected will be donated to proms for pediatric patients who missed their high school dances due to serious health challenges. They will be accepting dresses, suits, shoes, and accessories. Donations must be in good, wearable condition. The drop-off location is the front office. Help give these teenagers a fun, memorable night to dress up and celebrate.
• REMINDER we have Senior picture makeup day coming up on October 28th. This will be the only time they will come to do Senior pictures. You must make an appointment!! • The PSAT sign-up sheet is available with Laura in the counseling office. It will be held on Thursday, October 29th, at 8 am in the library. The cost is $25, payable by cash or a check made out to Argonaut High School. The deadline to sign up is October 27th. 
• Senior Baby Pictures Needed for the Yearbook! Seniors, please send one baby photo of yourself from ages 6 months to 4 years to josie.gilliam@acusd.org for the yearbook. 
• Community Service Opportunity: On Saturday, October 24th the Camache Community Church is hosting a Harvest Festival. They are looking for volunteers to help run booths, set up, and clean up. Please contact Angie at 209-324-9202 for more information. They are also looking for volunteers to set up the day before.
