• Catholic Club will be meeting this Friday, October 4th, during lunch in Mr. Fenton's Classroom #23.
• Football has a home game against Liberty Ranch on Friday, and the theme is Pink Out.  Wear all pink attire on Friday. 
• Spike-ballers have been charging through the heat and are down to the final 9 teams. Cole and Drake are in the Semite awaiting the winner between Mr. G/Jonathan and Clayton/Alayna. 
• On Tuesday, October 8th, we will be holding an FFA Chapter Meeting during lunch in the gym. Reminder: students need 4 FFA Points per semester for their grade. We can't wait to see you there.
• Did you know that The Chicano Art movement began when artists became affiliated with Cesar Chavez's efforts to unionize farmworkers?  The artists placed themselves in the service of the effort, creating posters and symbols, painting murals, and illustrating newspapers and publications.   For more fascinating facts pertaining to Hispanic Heritage Month, come to a Latinx Club meeting!  The next meeting is Wednesday, October 9th, in room 14.
• Community Service Opportunity: The New Hope Home for Women is looking for some weed eating to be done. If you are interested in getting your Senior hours done or some hours toward your Block A, give Barabara Woodside a call at 209 404-6088. Or see Megan in the office for the information.
• Attention Juniors: The PSAT will be held at Argonaut High School on Thursday, October 24th at 8AM in the Library. If you are interested in taking the Preliminary SAT test, please sign up with Laura in the Counseling Department by Friday, October 11th. The test fee is $25 and space is limited so register ASAP!
