Games currently offered:

  • Rocket League
  • Overwatch
  • League of Legends
  • Valorant
  • Apex Legends
  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

If you are interested in donating to Argonaut esports, all donations go towards ensuring that every student has a place. Donations will fund game purchases, jerseys, and equipment necessary to play.

What is esports?

Esports is a team-based competition with specific rules set in the arena of a video game. Short for ‘electronic sports’, esports demands all the teamwork, communication, problem-solving, strategy development, coordination, and creative thinking any traditional sport would.

Why esports?

Along with the reasons mentioned above, esports has statistically proven to improve attendance & grades, raise self-esteem, and increase sense of belonging. Hosting esports at the high school level also gives students the opportunity to learn life skills and discover diverse careers within esports.
