- Catholic Club will be meeting today during lunch in Mr. Fenton's classroom, #23.
- Cross Country: It's not too late! You can still join the Cross Country Team! This is the last week to get cleared and join the team. Don't wait! Add the Argonaut Cross Country Google Classroom DA2ELVR for more information or stop by room #8 to talk to Coach Duggan or the Career Center near the library to talk to Coach Putnam. Just Run.
- The Latinx Club will have its first official meeting on Wednesday, August 28 at lunch in room 14. Come on in to hang out, make new friends and celebrate every culture. There will probably be snacks.
- Forestry Challenge: Are you considering a career working outdoors? Then come to a meeting this Thursday at lunch in Mr. Lucas' room, room 18, to learn about the Forestry Challenge. The Forestry Challenge will get you out into the forest, introduce you to careers in the forest, and is also a lot of fun. Hope to see you at the meeting!
- CSF: Gough is now accepting CSF applications for the Spring semester. Please bring your completed applications and $5 dues to Room 7 by Friday, August 30.
- Club Fair: Our annual Club Fair will be August 30th at lunch.
- Mustang Floral Subscriptions are now available! Ag Students who sell 3 subscriptions will earn 1 FFA Activity for this semester. Payment and forms are Due September 13th to AHS Front Office! Find a floral student or talk to Ms. Woolsey for more information.
- SENIORS: Local Scholarships will be introduced at Thanksgiving but there is an early local scholarship through the Jackson Elks Club (just down the road). Their Most Valuable Student Application for 2025 is OPEN until November 12, 2024. Seniors who are United States citizens are eligible to apply. Judged based on leadership, service, academics, and financial need, the Top 20 applicants receive $30,000 scholarships. The 480 runners-up receive $4,000. Learn more and apply at enf.elks.org/MVS.
