• Homecoming: It is dress-up week for Homecoming.  Today’s dress-up theme is Monster’s Inc. Wear your College Gear! Thursday is Inside Out, wear your class colors (Class of 25 Green, 26 Red, 27 Blue, 28 purple). Friday is Once Upon a Homecoming. Wear your crowns, dresses, tiaras, and don’t forget your wands.  
  Also, come watch the homecoming couples compete in games at lunch in the quad.
  Lastly, on Friday morning we will be serving a homecoming homemade breakfast, and it's free for those who vote for the homecoming king and queen.
• The “Under the Lanterns” Homecoming Dance is on Saturday, September 14, from 7 pm to 10 pm in the MPR.  Tickets are being sold during lunch and are $20 each ($15 per ticket with an ASB sticker). 
• Reminder: Guest dance forms are due back TODAY. 
• The Interact Club has a meeting this Thursday at lunch in Floyd’s room, #14.
• Volleyball: Last Saturday, the Argonaut Volleyball JV team played in the 40th annual Carmichael Invitational Volleyball Small School JV Tournament and won! They beat Amador in the semi-finals and Union Mine in the championship match to secure their victory. Congratulations 
• Girls Softball is in charge of the snack shack for the homecoming game.  They need 7 softball players to volunteer to help.  Contact Coach Patrick or Joel Mottishaw through the Softball Google Classroom group. 
• Student volunteers are needed at Pine Grove STEM School’s Fall Festival on Friday, October 25th, from 4-7.  This is a great opportunity to earn some community service hours.  Volunteers will help run simple game stations such as pin the nose on the pumpkin and hand out prizes and candy.
