- The Spikeball tournament is down to the final 4. Alayna and Clayton are waiting in the championship. Mr. G and Jonathan take on Luke and Rooney, and the winner of that will face Cole and Drake in the semis.
- Important Boys Soccer Meeting TODAY at Lunch in the Gym Foyer. Bring Your Lunch.
- There is an FFA Chapter Meeting during lunch today in the gym. We can't wait to see you there.
- Attention juniors and seniors – As a reminder, if you have an Early Release period or a Work Experience period in your schedule, you cannot be on campus. This includes the quad, parking lot, and your car. If there is an issue leaving campus, please talk to your counselor.
- There is a Latinx Club meeting on Wednesday in room 14.
- Attention Seniors! The Senior Payment Plan and Senior Apparel order forms are out! The deadline to order apparel and return Senior Payment Plan forms is Wednesday, October 9th. If you were absent the day of the Senior Payment Plan presentation or have any questions, please see Alena in the office.
- Job Opportunity: There is an open job for a hard-working student who won't mind working outside at the Eagles Nest Airport, which is 7 miles west of downtown Ione. This is for maintaining the airport facilities and some residences, such as weed cutting, painting, running a log splitter, and pavement filling. This is for weekends or during the summer. Pay is $25 to $30 per hour. Safety is a priority and workers will have a daily safety briefing, plus supervisor and training will be provided too. - Community Service Opportunity: The New Hope Home for Women is looking for some weed eating to be done. If you are interested in getting your Senior hours done or some hours toward your Block A, give Barbara Woodside a call at 209 404-6088 or see Megan in the office for the information.
- Attention Juniors: The PSAT will be held at Argonaut High School on Thursday, October 24th at 8 AM in the Library. If you are interested in taking the Preliminary SAT test, please sign up with Laura in the Counseling Department by Friday, October 11th. The test fee is $25, and space is limited, so register ASAP!
