- "Attention runners and wanna-be runners! There will be a cross-country meeting at lunch in Coach Duggan's room #8 on Thursday, May 8th. We will approve the budget and discuss summer running goals, fundraising opportunities, and new shirt designs. The 2025 Cross Country season begins now! - Powderpuff sign-ups will close this Friday, May 2nd. Sign-ups will be posted on Mrs. Wenske’s door. If you are signing up as a player, that means to play in the flag football game, a $10 fee must be paid to Alena in the office after you sign up. If you are signing up as a football coach, cheer coach, or cheerleader, there is no fee. Be on the lookout for a mandatory lunchtime meeting to be determined in the following weeks. All players must have a current physical, register on Home Campus, and be proven CLEARED to play. If you are struggling or have questions about Home Campus, talk to Mr. Hunkins or Kim in the athletic office. If you have questions about PowderPuff, you can email rylee.oconnell@acusd.org.
- The Amador County Volleyball Club has an open gym on Friday, May 9th & Friday, May 23rd from 5:00 - 6:30 PM at Amador High School. It is open to any current 8th-grade or high school-aged players interested in playing club volleyball next season! We'll set the teams up, and you play. $5 per person. Register online at the Amador County Volleyball Club website.
- Come out and get your sunny’s ready for summer! There will be a sunglasses-decorating sally on May 14th at lunch in Mrs. Wenske’s room – Email mikayla.diregolo@acusd.org by Tuesday, May 13th to sign up. There are 150 total slots available, and it is first-come, first-served.
- The Wellness Center will host their final monthly event of the year on Friday, May 23rd, at lunch. They will be making DIY Glitter Jars in the quad during lunch. All students are welcome to join.
