• ASB is having a flash sale on pink out shirts! Bring $5 to Mrs. Wenske's room to get yours through the end of the month. 
• There is a CSF meeting today at lunch in Mr. Gough’s room. 
• Are you looking for a front-row seat and being connected to the action at home basketball games? Argonaut's athletic department is looking for a few dedicated students willing to run the shot clock or maintain the score table data board. Training is provided, and community service hours are earned. If you are interested, talk to Mr. Fenton in room #23.
• There is a Latinx Club meeting today in room 14 at lunch. We will be discussing the Monster Dash, Dia de los Muertos activities, and the upcoming canned food drive. There will be snacks. 
• Argonaut FFA is having a pumpkin carving social on Thursday, Oct 23rd, in Ms. Woolsey's classroom. The event starts after school and will go until about 5 pm. Bring your own pumpkin to carve, and all attendees will receive an FFA point.
• For any student who is interested in the Military, we will be having an AIR FORCE RECRUITER on campus in the LIBRARY during LUNCH on THURSDAY, Oct 23. Sgt Wheeler will be here to explain the Application Process and all details about this Branch. It's the first time in almost a decade that we will see the AIR FORCE for a visit. Please see Ms Putnam with any questions or drop by the Library that day.
• The Wellness Center will be hosting 'Rock Painting' on Friday, October 24th, in the quad. All students are welcome to join. Bring a friend and we will see you then!
• Community Service Opportunities:
  • Plymouth Elementary is looking for Volunteers for our Dia de los Muertos event on Friday, October 24, from 5:30-8 pm. There are multiple shifts for different jobs including set up, clean up, and helping run games. If interested, contact Erika Chavira at (209) 257-9396 or erika.chavira@acusd.org.
  • The Amador County Historical Society is having a dinner event on Sunday, November 9th, at Teresa’s Place Restaurant. They are in need of volunteer servers from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Contact Kathy at (209) 332-0082.
