Thursday, December 11 (B Day)

 

  • If you are interested in joining STUNT, come to our open practices on December 15th and January 7th, 14th, and 21st from 5:30-7:30 in the multipurpose room. Tryouts will take place on February 3rd, 4th, and 5th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the multipurpose room. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on February 3rd at 5:30.   • Local Scholarship Students: Mr. Gough will be doing a brief lesson on "How To Write A Short Personal Essay". It will be held in his classroom, Room 7, at lunch. Students who need to write a Personal Essay can learn what they can do to create a strong essay. If you have questions, see Ms. Putnam or Mr. Gough.
  • The Coast Guard will be here at lunch today in the LIBRARY.  
  • This Friday, come join us and spread Christmas kindness! Create your own festive note to share around the school and brighten someone’s day. at lunch in the quad, on Friday, December 12.
  • STUDENTS - Counselors will be considering class change requests for the second semester. Class change request forms are available in the front office with Laura until December 17th. There are specific criteria that must be met to be approved for a class change. The form must be completed with the required signatures of both the teacher and parent. There will be NO changes made for teacher preference, schedule preference, or social reasons. Forms must be returned to Laura by December 16th; no exceptions will be made. 
  • SENIORS - Yearbook is looking for senior baby pics. Please submit one each to Tallia or Megan Heath before you leave for Christmas break on December 19. Please let Tallia know if you have any questions or concerns.
  • The Wellness Center will be hosting DIY Card Making in the quad on Friday, December 19th, during lunch! Come get creative, make a card for someone you care about, and take a moment to unwind before break. All students are welcome, see you there!
